Washer delivery
I bought a washer from Appliances Direct not long ago, and I have to say, I was really impressed by the service I got. The delivery guys knew their stuff and were proper professional. They couldn't actually hook up my washer because of the connection pipe, but they gave me some good tips on what to do next. I really valued their honesty and how helpful they were every step of the way.
Review about: Boots Appliances
Dishwasher
I bought a dishwasher from Boots Appliances recently, but sadly, I had a big problem with it. I got the new dishwasher on the 6th of December and had it installed on the 7th, but when I switched it on for the first time, water started leaking from underneath. I quickly turned off the electricity and pulled the dishwasher out to see where the leak was coming from. It was obvious that the water was coming out from the black sealed unit under the machine, not from the hose or drain pipe at the back.
I got in touch with Boots Appliances customer service to let them know about the issue. They said an engineer would have to check it out. They mentioned that I could get a repair if it was a problem with the machine, but they didn't say anything about a refund depending on what the engineer found. This lack of clarity left me frustrated and unhappy with how everything was going. Taking time off work for the delivery and then for the engineer visit just made things more inconvenient and disappointing.
Overall, this has been the worst experience I've had dealing with a faulty item.
