Roses for my mum's garden
I'm really disappointed with my recent experience ordering roses for my mum's garden from Harkness Roses. The discounts were so confusing and they didn't honour them, which isn't cool at all. I was looking forward to the roses arriving, but it took forever, especially if you order before the Chelsea Flower Show. Customer Services were impossible to get a hold of, it was like trying to find a unicorn! I think I'll go to a competitor next time, they seem to offer a much better service. Thanks anyway, I suppose.

Bathroom and tiles purchase
I've just splashed out on a new bathroom and tiles, and I must say, I was really pleased with the huge range of options and the helpful staff. It's far more reassuring to be able to see and feel the products in real life rather than just online. The people in the shop were really nice and knew their stuff, they answered all my questions and guided me to make the best decisions. Also, a massive shoutout to the delivery driver who went the extra mile to assist us in getting our bulky shower screen into the house.
