Order not despatched, refund issue, poor communications
My experience with the Secret Gardening Club was really disappointing. I ordered something from them, but it never arrived. When I asked for a refund, they made a mess of it and now they still owe me money. And to top it off, they hardly ever communicated with me, which just made things more frustrating. In my opinion, it's best to steer clear of this company.

Order cancelled by seller (mrigolmap) and still no refund issued. Item is still being listed as available on the website and all attempts at contact have been ignored. Onbuy are a waste of time as there is no way of making a complaint. I wonder how many more customers will order this nonexistent item and be out of pocket? I will now pursue through PayPal.
