    Mystery herb plant boxes, hostas, Alchemilla mollis

    I was a bit let down by my recent order from the Secret Gardening Club. I've bought from them before and was happy with what I received, but this time was different. I decided to get a couple of mystery herb plant boxes, along with some hostas and Alchemilla mollis plants that are good for shade. I got a good deal on the mystery boxes, but it turns out they were mostly filled with mint - not what I was hoping for. There was even borage, which isn't safe for dogs. The hostas were squished in the box, and some leaves and stems got damaged. The Alchemilla mollis plants didn't look too healthy either. All in all, I wasn't impressed with the quality and variety of what I received.

    I had a problem with my order recently when the wrong address showed up at checkout. Luckily, the Secret Gardening Club got in touch quickly to let me know about the error. They were kind enough to offer a full refund because some of the plants I wanted were no longer in stock. I really appreciated how they took action and fixed things. I opted for the gift voucher they suggested and bought some more plants with it. The staff promised to prioritise my new order and send it out as soon as they could. All in all, I was really happy with the great customer service from the Secret Gardening Club.

    I made the mistake of ordering some plants back in March and it turned out to be a total nightmare! No matter how many emails or phone calls I made, all I got was the same standard reply telling me that my request was being dealt with by their support team. It wasn't until I mentioned reporting them to Trading Standards that I eventually managed to get a refund. And to make matters worse, I found out later that they had actually stopped trading back in November 2021. My advice - steer clear of this place!

    I bought some plants from this company not too long ago, but I had a bit of trouble with the delivery. I tried to get in touch with them by email, but I didn't hear anything back about what was happening with my order. It was supposed to arrive within 14 days, but I ended up waiting much longer than that. I felt really annoyed and let down by the lack of updates and the delay in getting my plants. I don't think I'll be shopping with them again in the future.

    I've had a really frustrating time with this company recently. I've been a customer for years, but this year, I've had lots of problems with my orders. In July, I bought some plants that never showed up. I got in touch with customer service and after waiting for more than a week, they told me my plants were being delivered that day. Skip forward to September, I decided to try again and made another order. It's now December, and I'm still waiting for my plants. I've sent loads of messages and emails, but haven't heard anything back. One of my emails even bounced back, showing they've changed their email address. It's safe to say I won't be shopping with them again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company.

    I just wanted to share my thoughts on my recent experience with the Secret Gardening Club. Honestly, it was a real let down. The plants they sent me were practically on their last legs - all soggy and rotting in a squashed box. On top of that, some of the plants were missing altogether and arrived a whole month late. When I got in touch with their customer service about the missing plants, they kept telling me I'd get a refund, but it hasn't come through yet. And to make matters worse, the surviving plants kicked the bucket soon after. It feels like they're making promises they can't keep and selling subpar stuff. I placed my order in September, got it in October, and now it's the 20th of December and still no sign of that promised refund. In a nutshell, dealing with the Secret Gardening Club has been a bit of a rip-off.

    £95 worth of plants

    I recently splurged on £95 worth of plants from the Secret Gardening Club, but I've been a bit let down by the whole thing. I made the order back in the beginning of February and only got a fraction of the plants in my shipment so far. The packing list that came with the parcel showed all the plants I'd ordered, but only one was ticked off as delivered and one was marked for a refund. I haven't had any updates on when the rest of my order will arrive, and it's been impossible to reach them since there's no phone number listed. I've sent a bunch of emails but haven't heard back from them yet. The fact that there's no tracking info available on the app isn't helping matters either. So now, I'm left with just 4 hostas out of the £95 worth of plants I was originally hoping for. It's a shame to see the service quality dip like this, especially since I've had good experiences with them in the past.

    I bought some seeds and plants from this place and it was a nightmare. They hardly ever responded to my messages and it took ages for my order to arrive. And when it finally did, some things were missing! They promised a refund but I'm still trying to get it from them. The plants I did receive were nice and healthy though.     My recent purchase from this company was a total disaster. I ordered 8 plants, but when the package arrived today, I was shocked to find that three pots were empty with labels, and there were random lumps of compost scattered in the oversized cardboard box. On top of that, I paid a ridiculous £6.99 for delivery, which is unacceptable given the poor quality of the items I received. I am really disappointed with the lack of care put into packing my order, and now I'm left with a mess to clean up. I've asked for a refund, and I hope this company will own up to their subpar service. It's just not worth the hassle or the money to deal with such incompetence.
