Replacement CD
I ordered a CD from this really cool place, but when it arrived it was broken. I was gutted, but the lady, Daisy, was amazing. She sent me a new one. Unfortunately, that one then ended up getting lost in the post! 📦 However, Daisy didn't give up. She managed to find another CD and sent it to me. Daisy is honestly the best! 🌟

Easy ticket purchase
Buying tickets was so easy, no hassle at all. I found the tickets I wanted quickly and didn't have any problems finishing the transaction. But it would've been good to have more info about the seats and other important details that can get overlooked. It would've helped to know exactly what I was buying before I confirmed the purchase.
