The shoes were exactly what I wanted, the delivery was super quick, and they have clear policies on returns and things. I messed up with the shipping, but when I got in touch with customer service over email, they replied super quickly even though it was the weekend. The way they communicated was really good, and I was amazed at how fast they got back to me. It was my first time purchasing from them, but after the great experience with their customer service, I’m definitely going to shop with them again in the future.
