Return parcel service
The delivery driver was really friendly and helped me out with returning my parcel. He arrived right on time, collected the parcel, and everything went really smoothly. I received an email notification once my parcel had been successfully returned. I was really pleased with the service and will definitely use them again in the future.

Bad delivery service
I bought something from this shop because they promised next day delivery, but it's been 5 days and still no sign of my package! I rang customer service and they told me the item was out of stock, but it might arrive today. I'm really not pleased about this at all.
