Resin mixer hire
I got in touch with the Kettering Road Northampton branch to ask about renting a resin mixer. I chatted with Adam who mentioned he would check on availability and get back to me, but unfortunately, I never heard back from him. I called twice and left messages with other team members, yet I still didn't get any response. It would have been nice if they had at least let me know if a mixer wasn't available. To be honest, I was really let down by the level of customer service they delivered.

Two dresses
I bought two dresses from this brand but they were not great quality and didn't fit well. I followed the advice to return them, but I still haven't got my money back. I've sent lots of emails and tried to contact customer service, but no one has got back to me. I really need that £170 back as soon as possible.

Care for dogs
This is the second time we've used this service to find someone to look after our dogs. We've tried both home sitting and doggy day care while on holiday, and both times have been fantastic. Our dogs were happy, and we were happy too! Definitely recommend this service to anyone needing care for their furry friends.
