Payment issue on app
I'm really angry with the Home Essentials app! I paid with my card on their app, but got an error message and was charged twice. This has happened before with Ambrose Wilson and Home Essentials. I won't pay twice and want them to sort this payment issue, which is clearly their fault. When I tried to show proof of the error on their app, I couldn't upload it because of a device error. What next, blame my internet? They should fix their app as it's making customers lose money. I don't care about late fees, I'm not paying twice!

Vehicle rental experience
I rented a car for a family trip recently, and it was a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. The engine light came on while we were driving on the motorway, and the car just conked out, leaving us stuck at a service station for over an hour. The staff said it was fine to carry on with the light on, but the problem kept happening every time we tried to go somewhere. It was really worrying, especially with the kids in the car. And to top it off, the back drawer kept opening whenever we went around bends, which was a danger for our stuff.
