Great customer service, Rebound app issue, Text messaging support
I had a really good experience with the customer service team from this online shop recently. I had some problems with the Rebound app this time, which was different from before, mainly because I got confused between the Debenhams packaging and the Misspap website where I placed my order. But thanks to John S and Rochelle's helpful support, I managed to sort out the issue quickly. I particularly liked the online text messaging support service, as it was fast and gave me useful advice. All in all, I'm happy with the customer service I got.

I recently purchased some really cool items from a website and I have to say, navigating around it was a breeze. Men's dressing gown, soft cotton, easy order and delivery, will order again
I recently bought a men's dressing gown that is really soft and made of pure cotton. It's also really thick and fluffy! The whole process of ordering was so simple and the delivery was really fast. The dressing gown was exactly how it was described. I will definitely be ordering from them again because they have a fantastic selection of towels and bedding.
