Difficulty with returning an item
I had a bit of bother when I tried to return something at the store the other day, but I have to say, the customer service from a lady called Shella was just brilliant. She helped me return the item smoothly and her communication skills were excellent. I really appreciate her assistance and just wanted to say thank you to her again.
Two-piece purchase
I must say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got when I had a problem with my recent purchase. I had ordered a two-piece item, but only one part turned up. It was a bit annoying at first, but when I got in touch with customer support via their text message service, Crizalda got back to me straight away and sorted everything out quickly. She even placed a new order for the missing part without charging me extra. The fact that I didn't have to spend ages emailing back and forth was a real bonus. I felt like they really cared about helping me out, and that meant a lot to me as a customer.
Great customer service, Rebound app issue, Text messaging support
I had a really good experience with the customer service team from this online shop recently. I had some problems with the Rebound app this time, which was different from before, mainly because I got confused between the Debenhams packaging and the Misspap website where I placed my order. But thanks to John S and Rochelle's helpful support, I managed to sort out the issue quickly. I particularly liked the online text messaging support service, as it was fast and gave me useful advice. All in all, I'm happy with the customer service I got.
Metallic mini dress
Wow, this dress is just amazing! It's made of this really shiny material that catches the light so well. I wore it to a party and got loads of compliments - I felt fantastic! It fit me perfectly and was just the right length. I'll definitely be buying more stuff from this brand in the future.
Overpriced hoodie
I bought this really expensive hoodie from this company, and I was really let down by the quality. The material was really thin and felt cheap, not at all worth the $50 I paid for it. To top it off, when I reached out to customer service to express my concerns, they wanted me to send pictures and then expected me to pay for the return shipping. That's just not right! I won't be buying from them again.
Red dress order
I bought a lovely red dress for a party I was going to with my friends. It was supposed to come with matching shoes, but they didn't arrive with the package! I was really upset and worried because I wanted to wear the whole outfit together. I got in touch with them and a lady called Lucy was really helpful! She was so kind and arranged for a new pair of shoes to be delivered quickly. I received them just in time for the party and they were just right! Thank you Lucy, you're amazing!
cute dress
I absolutely adored the adorable dress I got from MissPap! It honestly made me feel like a princess, so naturally, I just had to wear it to my best mate's birthday bash. The fabric was incredibly soft and comfortable, and it fitted me perfectly. I'm already looking forward to shopping here again!
Express shipping for a New Year's outfit
I made a decision to buy a New Year's outfit from this website, and paid extra for express shipping so I could get it by December 22nd. But here we are, nearly a month later and still no sign of the package. The customer service team hasn't been much help - they just keep telling me to wait longer, raising my hopes only to let me down again. Now they want me to wait another 10 days, which I think is totally unreasonable. Why should it take 3-4 weeks to sort out a problem that clearly lies with them? Overall, my experience with this company has been a massive letdown and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Refund processing
I had a bit of a problem getting my refund sorted out after I sent back an item. Even though there was a delay, I decided to get in touch with customer service on a Friday evening through email. I was really surprised that they managed to sort everything out for me within just a few hours on the same evening. I was so impressed by how quickly they responded and how well they resolved my issue. A big thank you goes out to Manilyn for helping me out with my request.
My recent order
I bought a few clothes but when I returned two items, they only refunded me for one. I showed them evidence of returning both, but they didn't trust me. Their customer service was really bad. But then this chap Daniel stepped in and sorted everything out promptly. So, in the end, they turned out to be quite good.
Dresses, Dublin, Return
I bought some dresses from a store and they didn't fit me. I live in Dublin and trying to return them has been a nightmare. The website has this return thing with a QR code that literally no courier in Ireland knows what to do with. I've emailed customer service a lot (around 15 times) and every time I get useless responses from different people. Now they're telling me to talk to Debenhams, like what even?! This has been the most stressful thing ever. I just wanna scream because no one there seems to have a clue what they're doing. It's a shame 'cause the clothes are really cute and I had to pay extra for customs too, ugh.
Wrong size top
I ordered this top, and you know what? They sent the wrong size! I was so annoyed. But hey, I messaged them and they fixed it super quick! They sent me the right size top and I got it THE NEXT DAY! Can you believe that? I'm so impressed with how fast they sorted it out. Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Aymar & Danelyn for being amazing!
Co-Ord missing piece situation
I got in touch with the customer service team not long ago about a missing piece from a Co-Ord set I bought. Fely Anne did a brilliant job sorting out my problem quickly and efficiently. She really went the extra mile to fix everything, and I'm really pleased with how it all turned out. Huge thanks to Fely Anne for her amazing service!
Clothing items
I bought some clothes from this shop not long ago. They arrived pretty quickly and when I needed to return a few bits, it all went smoothly. Only problem was, one of the items I sent back didn't get refunded like the rest. So, I got in touch with customer service, and Lenny got back to me straight away and sorted it out in no time. I was really impressed with how quick and professional they were in fixing the mistake. All in all, my shopping experience here was really positive.
Co-ord set purchase
I bought a Co-ord set online, but I only got one part of it which was a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, when I got in touch with customer service, Jasmin was super quick to respond and sorted everything out brilliantly. She gave me the option of a refund or a replacement right away, and within an hour, a new order was all set to be sent. I was really impressed by how efficient and helpful the customer service team was.

Purchased a t-shirt
I bought a t-shirt online not long ago and, to be honest, I was really let down by the whole thing. When my package arrived, I realised that they had sent me the wrong t-shirt. It was nothing like the one I had picked out. Instead of just sorting it out right away, I had to go through all the hassle of sending back the wrong t-shirt and waiting for them to sort it out.
Recent order
I just wanted to say that my recent order had a little problem, but the customer service team was great and sorted it out quickly. Jay.E was the one who helped me, and they were fantastic. The order came on time and the items were lovely, but it was the way they dealt with the issue that really stood out. When I got in touch, they responded fast and gave me a full refund without any trouble. Now that's what I call excellent service!
Black jumpsuit purchase
I bought a black jumpsuit from this company not long ago and I thought it was pretty good overall. The outfit itself was good quality, but I was a bit gutted when it turned up without the belt that was meant to be included. I messaged their customer service team on Facebook and got a really fast reply from a guy called Kent who sorted things out for me straight away. He gave me a new order number so I could get a replacement and made sure it would arrive the next day. I was well chuffed with how quickly and efficiently they dealt with the problem, it showed they really care about keeping their customers happy. Big up to the company for their top-notch response team and customer service.
30th birthday outfit
I ordered an outfit for my 30th birthday quite early, but sadly, the tracking details weren't updated and the parcel didn't arrive in time. I tried getting in touch through different ways but didn't hear back from customer service. It looks like lots of other people are facing the same problem, which makes me wonder if orders are even being shipped. With my birthday just days away and a trip out of the country planned, I have to find a different outfit now. I suggest you look elsewhere to shop and not waste your money because this whole situation has left me feeling annoyed and let down.
