Multiple items purchased and returned with no issues
I've ordered from this store a few times now and I've always been really happy with the service they offer. The ordering process is easy and quick, and I've never had any issues placing my orders. I've even had to send things back before and getting a refund was no hassle at all, it was done really quickly. The prices at this store are good, sometimes even better than other places online, and the stuff I've bought has always been really good quality.

Recent stay at a holiday camp
On the whole, I was pretty happy with my recent stay at the holiday camp. However, I did come across a couple of problems that affected my experience. Firstly, the electric stove in my accommodation wasn't working properly, which was a bit of a letdown as I was looking forward to cooking my meals during my stay. Even though the manager said it was a common issue in some of the newer accommodations, it was still a pain to have to eat out at the restaurant. Secondly, the internet access that was promised wasn't available while I was there, meaning I had to pay extra to my phone operator for data usage. Since I paid for both services but didn't actually get to use them, I reckon they should have offered some sort of compensation or bonus to make up for the inconvenience.

I've been buying from you for ages and I've always been really impressed with your stuff. The beef is tasty and tender every time, and your prawns are just amazing. My last order had a bit of everything I usually get, and I was really happy to see the free beef rib trim that came with it because I'd spent a certain amount. It was so good that even my mother in law decided to make another order herself. I always know that I can rely on your company to deliver great quality products at fair prices, which is why lots of my friends and family are now regular customers too.
