Balenciaga Hoodie and Givenchy sneakers, Valentino boots
I've bought stuff from this shop twice now, once in June and then again at the end of November. Both times, I really enjoyed my shopping experience. The prices are good, especially when you have a discount code to use. In June, I got a Balenciaga hoodie and some Givenchy sneakers, and my latest order was for a pair of Valentino boots. When I had an issue with the product details, I contacted them, and I was impressed by how helpful the after-sale team was. We exchanged a few emails, they gave me extra support, and in the end, they even gave me a bit of a refund. The conversations were nice, and I'm really happy with how it all turned out. Huge shoutout to Viviana, who was so friendly and useful the whole time. Because of my experiences with her and the rest of the team, I'm confident that shopping at this store is a good choice. I'll definitely be back to buy more things soon.
White sneakers
I bought some white trainers from this shop not long ago and it was a really good customer experience. Viviana, one of the staff members, gave excellent customer service, she was definitely one of the best people I've ever dealt with. Black leather jacket with silver hardware
I bought a fancy black leather jacket with silver hardware from this shop not long ago. Unfortunately, I had some quality problems with it. But when I got in touch through email, I was quite surprised by how well they looked after me. They responded quickly and didn't waste any time in getting in touch with the brand to sort out my issues. It really made me feel better and now I feel confident about buying more top-quality clothes from this store in the future.

If you're patient and wait for the right time, you can find some great bargains at this shop. Make sure to check for sizes, but they usually have more than one item in stock. The variety of designers and brands they offer is really intriguing. The delivery was super fast, I got my order the very next day. All in all, a really positive experience.
Got a cool pair of square toe boots
I recently bought a fabulous pair of square toe boots from the store and I couldn't wait to try them on! The delivery was really quick, they arrived much sooner than I anticipated. Multiple items purchased and returned with no issues
I've ordered from this store a few times now and I've always been really happy with the service they offer. The ordering process is easy and quick, and I've never had any issues placing my orders. Fendi Bathing Suit
I recently bought a Fendi Bathing Suit from this company, and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with my decision. When I realised I had ordered the wrong size, I returned the item on the same day it arrived. I made sure to pack it up carefully in the original packaging and treat it with care, like any responsible customer would do. However, to my surprise, the company is claiming the labels are missing, torn out, and there are supposed spots on the bathing suit. I was honestly shocked by their dishonesty and their refusal to give me a refund. I've never dealt with such unprofessional behaviour from a company before. Right now, I'm looking into getting some legal advice to sort this out.
Hoodie for son's birthday
I ordered a hoodie for my son's birthday and was worried it might not arrive on time because I ordered it on a Sunday and needed it by the following Friday. I decided to contact customer service by email to let them know about my concerns regarding the birthday deadline. They got back to me quickly, understood what I was worried about, and said they would do their best to make sure it arrived on time, even though they couldn't guarantee it.
I kept an eye on the parcel by tracking it with DHL since it was sent out on Thursday. I was thrilled to see it arrived yesterday, just in time for my son's birthday. This was my first time ordering from the company, and I have to say it was a really great shopping experience. Fake goods return
My experience with Antonioli was so disappointing. The fake Balenciaga trainers I got were really bad quality, and when I sent them back, they charged me extra fees which didn't make sense. Having to pay more after I'd already paid for the return delivery was annoying and made me feel like I'd been ripped off. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company because it was just a waste of time and money.
High-End Italian Designer Sneakers
I recently bought something from Antonioli and it was amazing. I had a bad time with another online shop, so I was happy to find what I wanted at Antonioli and for a better price too! Ordering was easy and I was updated throughout the process. The item came quickly and was just as described, nicely packed. This was my fourth order with Antonioli and once again they went above and beyond. Big shoutout to Antonioli for giving me a top-notch shopping experience.

I recently splurged on a Valentino Beige 3V3CNA319FU MYL jacket from this store, priced at €2500. I have to say, I am really happy with my purchase. wrinkled trousers
I had such a terrible experience with the wrinkled trousers I bought from this place! When I tried to return them because they looked completely different from the pictures on the website, they accused me of using and washing them. The customer service lady was incredibly rude and wouldn't even let me explain my side of the story. She kept insisting that she knew the products and was certain they had been used. The pictures they sent me as evidence were identical to the ones on the website, so I couldn't understand what they were trying to achieve. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!
Expensive purchase, poor shipping.
Antonioli sells some pricey stuff, but boy, their shipping system is a nightmare. Basically, they only work with DHL for international orders and won't let you change the delivery to a safer pickup point. So, you're stuck waiting around all day for your package, which is a real pain. Other companies let you redirect DHL deliveries, so it's pretty obvious that Antonioli is way behind the times. When I'm shopping, I want the process to be seamless and convenient, but Antonioli is seriously dropping the ball in that department.
Cool shoes
I bought these amazing shoes from an online shop and it was like a dream come true! I had been searching everywhere for them and finally found them on a site called Lyst. I was a bit nervous at first because I had never shopped there before, but they accepted PayPal so that was great. My order arrived really quickly, within just 2 days, and the shoes looked even better in person! The packaging was really nice too. I will definitely recommend shopping there to all my friends!
Korn x Adidas t-shirt purchase
I recently bought the Korn x Adidas t-shirt that everyone's been after from this shop. I ordered it on a Friday and got it delivered to me in the UK the following Tuesday morning. The communication was spot on the whole way through. The delivery fee was a bit steep, but I was really impressed with how quickly it arrived.
Return issue and damaged item
I had a really bad experience with this store recently. I bought something and it arrived damaged. I tried contacting their customer service by email to sort out a return, but they kept ignoring me. After several tries, I finally got a reply, but they accused me of causing the damage. It wasn't true and I was shocked by how unprofessional they were. I've taken it further and reported them to Italian Consumer Affairs for what I believe to be a fraudulent deal.
