£103 to return an item they didn’t deliver on time!!!
Placed and paid for an order beginning of June. When I realised the company weren’t going to be able to deliver the chicken coop within the given dates I was left with no alternative but to order elsewhere for the welfare of my chickens. I asked to cancel the order. The Item had not been dispatched as was still showing as processing for 48 hours AFTER buttercup farm/ pink sky trading/ lemon pavilion said I couldn’t cancel the order.
I advised I wouldn’t accept delivery of the item as it would arrive too late. They refused to cancel the order. They refused to give me any contact details for the couriers, stating only that I’d be contacted before delivery ... I wasn’t. Delivery was attempted so as I’d said, I refused delivery... 7 days later, no refund as they stated they’d have to Inspect the item for damage before they’d refund me.. (the item I refused delivery of and never had in my possession to damage!!!). Then 14 days post return of the item, they say I have to pay the courier costs for the return.... a cost of £103!!!! They won’t provide any evidence that the courier costs actually came to that amount... they won’t answer my emails or calls either. They’ve deducted over half my money, for an item that I was entitled to cancel, no longer wanted and arrived after the delivery date given at the time of ordering!!.
Shocking company... just excuse after excuse so they don’t have to refund you..
Avoid!!!

TOOK MONEY OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ME AUTHORISINGChecked out this website due to a special offer on a bet. I thought why not since it was only £0.50, however after confirming the bet, I was charged £17.50 for a weekly subscription. At no point was I asked to confirm the £17.50 subscription and most certainly did not want it. Have been in touch with customer service for a refund but have been told I agreed to the charge and no refund given. Shocking in the extreme, stay well away unless you want to see charges for subscriptions you don't want.
I will be reporting the company everywhere I can.Exactly the same thing just happened to me. Took advantage thinking I might win some money during a lockdown. Then robbed me.
They scammed me a few days ago I ordered two lines at 12.00 got no receipt just a confirmation of 12.00 within minutes they stole 72.00 which was not confirmed by me or explained. Since I cannot get in for a refund their drop down menue will not drop for me to obtain a refund. They still have my money after so many requests. It has caused me a great deal of stress.
They have took £141 out of my bank saying I agreed to the subscriptions which I did not. Who do I report this too?

How can people be so stupid, if it’s £2 a ticket from Camelot how can you get 20 for a pound? Obviously a scam in one way or another! And you will never get the money back as you agreed with the terms!
