Passport returns and secure mailing
I recently had to return two passports to get new ones that I ordered online. Hazel, the staff member, was amazing in helping us through this process. She not only told us about the risks of sending back passports that weren't expired yet, but she also offered a safer option. Hazel took both of our passports, put them in one secure envelope, addressed it correctly, and made sure we were happy with everything. I've had great service at this place before, but this time I felt like I had to give feedback because of how great Hazel was. Her professionalism and focus on making sure we were happy were really impressive.

High interest savings account
I've recently opened up a high interest savings account and made an investment with an online financial service provider. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they offer much better interest rates compared to regular high street banks, meaning that my money is now working a lot harder for me. Setting up the account was really easy and I had no problems transferring my funds, so I feel confident knowing that my money is safe in my new savings account. I did have a small issue logging in at the beginning, but the customer service team sorted it out quickly for me. In the future, I'd recommend them to introduce email notifications for deposit confirmations to make the whole experience even better. Despite this small hiccup, I'm really happy with the service I've received overall.
