Foreign currency exchange
I visited a foreign currency exchange service in the UK recently and I was really let down by the staff there. The people working there were so rude and full of themselves, it's like they think they're better than everyone else. Treating UK money with such disrespect and showing no regard for customers' financial dealings is not on. I won't be going back to any post office for my currency exchange again, in fact, I might even think about setting up my own exchange service with fair prices and good customer care. It's sad to see such lack of professionalism and respect in a place like the UK.
International currency exchange
I was really let down by my experience with this service. I had ordered some foreign currency for an upcoming trip, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The ordering process was so difficult and not at all user-friendly. I had a tough time with the website and had to reach out to customer service several times for help, but their service was also unprofessional and inefficient. The pricing was way too high, with hidden fees that weren't mentioned initially. When my order did eventually arrive, it was late and missing a significant amount of money. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone needing to exchange currency.
FX currency exchange
I recently bought foreign currency through this service, and to be honest, it was a bit of a letdown. The ordering process was really frustrating as the website was hard to use and didn't have clear instructions. When I tried to get help from customer service, I spoke to agents who weren't very helpful and didn't seem to know much about what they were doing. They just gave me vague answers that didn't really help me. Overall, I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone who needs a dependable and quick way to exchange currency.
Awful service at the travel money place
I went to this place by the bank to get some travel money, but the staff there were so rude and unhelpful. I tried to be nice and friendly, but they just didn't seem to care. It's not a pleasant experience when people don't treat you well, especially when all you're doing is trying to make a purchase. I definitely won't be returning there anytime soon, that's for certain.
Passport renewal
I recently renewed my passport at the Kensington High Street branch and I must say, it was a really easy and helpful experience. The staff member, Harinder, was amazing - so patient, efficient, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything really clearly, which made the whole process nice and easy, with no stress at all. I just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service and professionalism.
Postal services
Every time I go to the post office to send a package, it's a nightmare. The staff there seem to have no idea about postage. Just the other day, I took in a small parcel that definitely qualified as a large letter. The clerk didn't seem to know what he was doing, put in the wrong information, and tried to charge me more for a small parcel when it should have been priced as a large letter. When I pointed this out, he just shrugged and wouldn't fix it. This isn't a one-time thing - it happens every time I go there. I've even started writing instructions on my packages to avoid mistakes, but it doesn't help. The lack of basic knowledge and customer service is just shocking and not okay.
Currency exchange service at Hereford Post Office
I recently popped into the Hereford Post Office to change some currency and honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. It seems like every time I swing by, there's a massive line of about 7 people and only one person working the tills. Even trying to use the self-service option doesn't speed things up because I still have to wait for a staff member to come over and finish the transaction. The only good thing about the whole situation is this young lad who's always rushing around and helping out - he's the only one who actually seems to care. But then there's this one lady there who really shouldn't be working with the public. She's rude and looks like she hates her job. I even saw her once just up and leave for lunch with a bunch of people waiting in line, leaving the poor other lady in charge of everything.
Online purchase of travel money
I've just bought some travel money online for my next trip. The website was pretty easy to use and the prices were alright. But the service wasn't great - my order was delayed and it took ages for my money to arrive. It was a bit of a pain, to be honest.
Passport returns and secure mailing
I recently had to return two passports to get new ones that I ordered online. Hazel, the staff member, was amazing in helping us through this process. She not only told us about the risks of sending back passports that weren't expired yet, but she also offered a safer option. Hazel took both of our passports, put them in one secure envelope, addressed it correctly, and made sure we were happy with everything. I've had great service at this place before, but this time I felt like I had to give feedback because of how great Hazel was. Her professionalism and focus on making sure we were happy were really impressive.
Exchange of foreign currency
I popped into a currency exchange spot in Hayes the other day, and honestly, I was really let down by what went down. The folks working there were totally unprofessional and had a bit of a crappy attitude towards us customers. On top of that, they had a tough time even talking to us in English, and it seemed like they weren't too clued up on how to give good customer service. The place itself was also a bit grubby and just felt like it hadn't been cared for. All in all, I'd say steer clear of that spot if you can.
Nearby convenience
I only come to this post office because it's near my house, not because the customer service is great. Every time I pop in, the woman at the counter always seems in a bad mood, giving off negative vibes. It feels like it's personal, even though I've always been polite and never caused any trouble. In the past, she's turned me away with parcels because she said the system didn't recognise the codes. Thankfully, her colleague suggested a system reset, which worked and saved me from the hassle of returning the parcels. This morning, I said "good morning" cheerfully, but got a death stare in return. Her customer service skills and attitude are really not suitable for a job where you deal with customers.
Envelope and package sending
I recently went to the post office to send a package, and I have to say, the customer service I received was absolutely dreadful. The person working behind the counter at Liverpool St John's post office was so rude and forceful. I just wanted to send my package, but they immediately tried to convince me to pay extra for special delivery, even though I just wanted it to be signed for. They kept going on about all the things that could go wrong if the package got lost, which I found unnecessary and unprofessional. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they charged me for a large envelope when I could have easily used a smaller one. All in all, it was a really unpleasant experience that left me feeling annoyed and ripped off. I would strongly recommend avoiding this post office and looking for services elsewhere.
Currency exchange
I was really let down by this travel money service as a customer. Ordering was a pain, with long waits and confusing instructions. The staff were unprofessional and not very helpful. Plus, the pricing was higher than other services I've used before. To top it off, my currency delivery was delayed, causing me a lot of stress and hassle for my trip. Overall, my experience with this service was not great and I wouldn't suggest it to others.
Recent currency exchange
I recently went to the currency exchange office on Waterloo Road in Cheetham Hill, Manchester and it was not a great experience. The service was really bad and the place always seemed to be short-staffed, especially when it was busy. I would recommend avoiding this branch if you can because the service is slow and you end up waiting for a long time.
Currency exchange purchase
I was really let down by the currency exchange service I used recently. I ordered some currency online, gave all my info, but my package never showed up. This has happened twice now in the last 9 months, and I'm not happy about it. It's just not on to have such bad service repeatedly.
Sent a birthday card to my mate on the…
I sent a birthday card to my friend on the 22nd of May, first class and guess what? It's now the 2nd of June and it still hasn't arrived! Can you believe that? I'm really annoyed, I want my money back for the card, stamp and ink. It's just not fair!
Collection time misinformation
You can't trust the pick-up time they give you, it's totally off. I ended up waiting around for hours and it was such a waste of a whole day with nothing to show for it. The Post Office/Royal Mail should really lose their royal status, they're just so useless.
Incorrect postage fee for delayed birthday card
I was proper gutted with the service I got from the post office. They put a note through my door saying I had to pay extra postage on a birthday card I sent ages ago. So I paid up, sorted out the delivery, and guess what? The card still hasn't shown up! Now I'm starting to doubt whether the postal service can be trusted to get things done properly, especially with the prices going up all the time.
Next day delivery service
I recently used a next day delivery service from my local Post Office branch and it turned out to be quite a disappointing experience, I must say. I paid extra for the service, expecting my envelope, posted on Wednesday morning for guaranteed delivery before 1pm on Thursday, to reach its destination on time. But guess what? It hadn't even left the shop by Friday, can you believe it?
So, I contacted the shop and they directed me to Royal Mail. Royal Mail then told me to file a complaint and gave me a complaint number. This whole situation has left me feeling let down and annoyed. The lack of accountability and failure to deliver the service as promised has really left me dissatisfied.Travel Card
Had my card for over 10 years , never had a problem at all. Today i have decided to load my card for my next holiday and it says there's is a charge of £3 for doing so. Not happy , might change my provider
