Fabric delivery
As a regular customer, I was pretty gutted when I found out they'd gotten rid of the click and collect option at my local store. And to top it off, they've now upped the delivery charge to £15 for fabric orders, making their already pricey fabrics even more expensive. Other places give you the option to collect for free but not them. It's a shame, really. Less choice for us and more money out of our pockets. It seems daft to me - they're only going to end up losing customers in the long run.
