Return shirt, pay shipping
I recently sent back a shirt, but I wasn't too happy about having to foot the bill for the return postage. I had assumed that the store would cover the cost, so it was a bit annoying to find out that I had to pay for it myself. It would have been better if they had let me know about this before I sent it back.

Easy Booking Process
I had a go at booking a storage space, got it all sorted, then out of nowhere it got cancelled, which was pretty annoying. But, on the bright side, they gave me £20 credit to make up for it, which was handy for booking another spot. The customer service was really quick and helpful, although I do kind of wish they had an app to make things easier. All things considered, I'd give them another shot in the future.
