    Purchased a bag labelled from a certain partner in the leather goods industry.

    I bought this bag from a company that makes leather goods, and it's shocking how much it's fallen apart after only three years. It was made and sold by a company (Müller&Meirer from Kirn) in China with a license. Honestly, you can get higher quality for a lower price at any discount shop. My advice is to avoid this brand and manufacturer altogether.

    I went to this amazing fashion show in Brühl the other day, which was all about the latest styles from a really famous brand. The Spring/Summer collection for 2024 was just so elegant and perfect for any event. The pieces were classic yet versatile, great for wearing everyday.     Returned jacket

    I recently sent back a jacket to this company and they confirmed they received it. However, I was surprised to get a payment reminder from them a few days later. When I reminded them about the return confirmation they sent me, they said I had to pay £3.95 for postage or else I'd get another reminder. This isn't something other companies usually ask for and I'm quite annoyed as I've had similar problems with them before. Last time, it took them six whole months, even with proof of the return, to stop hassling me with reminders for items I had already sent back. It was really frustrating.

    Jeans and t-shirt

    I bought these jeans, and a cute t-shirt to go with them. But when I had to return them, they tried to make me pay for the shipping! I was so annoyed, it just didn't feel right. I even looked through the terms and conditions, and there was nothing about having to shell out for shipping when returning items. Not cool at all, dude.

    Paid extra for express delivery

    Hey, so I ordered something and paid extra for express delivery, but after waiting for 7 whole days my item still hasn't been shipped! When I tried to talk to someone about it, I only got automated responses from a robot. I even requested a refund because seriously, I paid for express delivery and got nothing. This company is a total scam, I'm definitely going to open a dispute with PayPal because I still haven't received my stuff. Please, don't ever use this place!

    Christmas gift order

    I was really disappointed with the service I got. I ordered a Christmas present nice and early, but DHL told me it had been delivered to the wrong place weeks before Christmas. They said they couldn't find it, but Gerry Weber didn't seem bothered about getting me a replacement on time. And to make matters worse, I still haven't heard anything about getting my money back.

    Shopping experience at a local store

    My latest shopping trip to the local store was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. I popped in on a busy Saturday and the service didn't quite hit the mark. The staff seemed a bit disinterested and were more interested in chatting to each other rather than helping customers. The store had a bit of a deserted feel to it, and it was up to the customers to seek out assistance rather than the other way round. All in all, I wasn't too impressed by the service I received on my visit.

    Skirts and blouses instead of trousers, wrong sizes

    I was really let down by my recent interaction with this company. I actually ordered some trousers, but got sent skirts and blouses in the wrong sizes. The whole process of trying to sort out the mix-up and get the right stuff was an absolute nightmare. Dealing with their customer service team was so annoying because they just didn't seem to care at all about what had happened. It was such a waste of my time and energy.

    Black blouse purchase

    The black top I bought from this shop was really good quality and I was happy with it. But, the delivery service was a bit disappointing. Fedex gave me different dates for delivery which was annoying. When I reached out to Gerry Weber about it, I only got an automated email and no proper response. This lack of communication reflects badly on their customer service. Even though the top wasn't cheap, the service was not great. If Gerry Weber wants to keep customers in the UK market, they need to improve their communication and delivery processes a lot. Maybe they should think about a pay-on-delivery system to focus more on customer satisfaction.

    Recent store visits

    I popped into two shops lately, one in Naaldwijk and the other in Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschendam. The help I got in both places was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, but not overly pushy, which was really nice. It's always great when you get the feeling that the employees actually want to assist you in finding what you need.

    Quality of the stitching

    I'm sorry, but I've noticed that the stitching on this item is really not up to scratch. It's only been 3 months and already the seams are falling apart, especially on the blazer. It seems to be a common problem, not just with your stuff but also with other German or Swiss cotton underwear brands. I had to take the blazer to a tailor to get it fixed, costing me an extra 20 euros. It's really put me off shopping now, which is a shame.

    Fast delivery, small sizing, disappointing return policy

    The delivery came really fast, which was great. But the blouse I got was too small, which was a bit of a letdown. I was a bit surprised to find out I had to pay for return postage, usually you get free returns in this day and age, especially when you might need to swap sizes. This extra cost has made me think twice about buying from them again. It's a shame, as their stuff is actually decent quality.

    Multiple pairs of trousers

    I recently bought some trousers from this brand, and I've noticed that the quality and fit aren't as good as they used to be. The first pair I got fitted me perfectly, so I thought I'd get two more pairs in the same size. However, both of the new pairs didn't fit me properly. I then ordered two more pairs in the same size and model, but once again, one was too big and the other was too small. Out of the six pairs I ordered, I only kept one. I've also noticed that the fabrics used for the trousers aren't as durable as they used to be, as they tend to wear out quickly. Usually, a pair of trousers only lasts me for one season, which is disappointing. It seems like the brand isn't known for high-quality clothing anymore, as I've had similar sizing issues at other shops too.

    New trousers, thin fabric

    I recently bought some new trousers to replace my old ones and I was quite disappointed. The fabric of the new trousers is even thinner than the old ones, which is really surprising. I had assumed they would be of good quality, but now I have doubts. They're not exactly ruined, but they're not meeting my expectations. It seems like the standards have really decreased.

    Glittery cardigan disappointment

    I recently ordered a cardigan, but it turned out to be quite different from what I expected based on the website pictures. The website said it had a "subtle sparkle," but when it arrived, it looked more like it was made from tinsel.

    Gerry Weber did mention they would cover the return costs, but actually, they only cover it for orders over €200, so the customer still has to pay for the return shipping if it's under that amount. Overall, I was left feeling a bit disappointed with the whole experience, and I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
