Hair colour and blow dry by a talented stylist
I just got my hair done at a salon in Richmond, and it was amazing! The stylist did such a great job with the colour and blow dry, using top-notch products that suited my hair perfectly. Even though my hair is thick and wavy, she styled it beautifully, making me feel so good about how it turned out. I'll definitely be booking with her again for my next hair appointment - she's one of the best in town!

Unresponsive customer service
I've had a really disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order and had a problem, so I tried to get in touch with customer service by email a few times, but didn't hear back from them at all. When I reached out on their social media, they said they couldn't help me because of security measures on orders. It's annoying to see they had time to send me marketing emails, even though I didn't want them, but couldn't answer my questions about my order and delivery.
