Absolutely disappointed with this company..
I placed a order in January and have heard nothing. I’ve sent numerous messages, emails, and chatted online and still no reply..
they took my money from my bank account. I just wished I’d paid by PayPal as they would investigate this company…
I wouldn’t advice anyone to order from them..
they have a whole list of bad reviews they should be closed down and return peoples money… It seems they just want your money and don’t bother with their customer services

In my family, we love taking coffee a lot, from myself to my wife and kids. Due to this love, most times we bought coffee that wasn't good enough for us and we ended up thrashing it. My wife used to be very angry with me because of this. One day, a friend introduced Blue Coffee Box to me and I decided to give a trial. I instantly loved it at first trial. So I also ordered to be delivered at home for my family. Guess what? My wife and kids all love the coffee too especially due to variety of flavours. Since then, Blue Coffee Box has remained our family coffee brand. I recommend Blue Coffee Box to anyone who want to experience great coffee taste.

Smarty, So far so good!!
So far so good. Ordered sim, it came the next day. Requested to take my number over to Smarty, nice and easy, completed last week, only took two working days. Had a couple of questions and the guys on the online chat were very helpful.
Signal has been fine, faster speeds on the internet than my previous network, easy to use dashboard to see what you've used. They also do a thing where they take money off your bill each month for any unused data.They have also just set up EU roaming, so theres no extra costs, just comes out of your monthly balance. So that's an added bonus.
So time will tell, but impressed so far.
Another thing they do is a friend referral scheme, for every friend you recommend, if they sign up, you get a free month and so do they!
I had the same problem, contact your bank for a refund, my bank refunded me.
