Coach bag purchase
I recently bought a Coach bag from this shop and I must say, I was quite happy with how everything went. Ordering it was a breeze, they had some fantastic deals on their website, and the bag arrived pretty fast. I liked the range of bags they had on offer and the flexible payment choices they provided. One thing I think they could do better is to include their own branded dust bags, especially when some designer brands don't provide them. I know it's not really the store's fault, but it could definitely improve the whole luxury experience for customers.

Canvas artwork
The canvas artwork is really good, but it was a bit of a letdown that it didn't come with any hanging system. There were no screws or hooks included, so I couldn't hang it up straight away. Also, the delivery company was pretty rubbish - they cancelled the delivery on the day it was meant to come. I had to make a long journey, 80km there and back, to pick it up from their depot.

Teeth straightening purchase
I've just had my teeth straightened and found this fab service that was way more affordable. The customer service was brilliant, they really took the time to answer all my questions. I'm so happy with my new straight teeth!
