permanent bone loss around the front teeth and damage to the ligaments that hold them in place. There’s no magic fix for that. You can remedy some issues with implants or other work later, but the bone loss itself doesn’t grow back. The dentist went through my paperwork, the photos and the timeline and explained, clearly and competently, that the procedures that should have protected my bone and periodontal health weren’t followed in a way that stopped this from happening. That’s the medical takeaway.
But on top of the clinical problem, the worst bit has been the communications (or lack of them). I have emailed, used the app and tried to contact them by other channels. After I left a negative review on a public platform, they reported it. The platform later reinstated my review and apologised for the reporting. Meanwhile, the company disabled my account in their app so I couldn’t message them there anymore. My lawyers wrote to them. Multiple times. No response. I asked a board member to pass on a message to the CEO. Nothing. I tried LinkedIn, Instagram and other social channels. Nothing. It feels like you’re trying to talk to a business that simply isn’t there when you need them.
It’s useful to point out why this matters beyond my own case. Lots of people will have perfectly fine experiences — admittedly many do. Others may have problems that only show on scans or that won’t become obvious for months or years. If the company you used can’t or won’t communicate, you have no route to discuss follow-up care, questions about treatment choices or to resolve complications. For me that lack of contact has turned what might have been an ugly but manageable outcome into a long-term issue that’s expensive and emotionally wearing.
A few practical bits: keep copies of everything. I’ve got screenshots, PDFs and the photos taken pre- and post-treatment. I’d advise anyone considering a similar service to see a dentist locally before starting. Ask them about bone health, ask for an assessment and, if possible, an X-ray before any remote treatment begins. Teledentistry isn’t automatically bad — technology can help — but dentistry is complicated. UK dentists study for years and go through supervised practice. A remote service can’t fully replace hands-on expertise, and you want someone who can be accountable if things go wrong.
I’m not trying to be alarmist. The aligners did improve the alignment visually. I understand why people sign up — the adverts are polished, the price point seems attractive and the before-and-after photos look convincing. It’s marketing that works. My point is that the shiny exterior of a brand shouldn’t be the only thing you use to judge dental care. If a company is difficult to contact, or if it operates in multiple countries without clear lines of accountability, that’s worth factoring into your decision.
I’ve been told by lawyers that there could be a valid claim here, but they’ve had the same problem reaching the business. That speaks to a structural issue with how complaints are handled — or not handled. I’ve also had to accept that some things are now permanent medical consequences that will require ongoing work and cost. That’s frustrating and disheartening. It’s not the end of the world; things can be managed, but it’s not something I would’ve expected after a treatment that initially looked successful.
If there’s one practical suggestion I’d offer to others, it’s simple: get an in-person examination from a dental professional you trust before you sign up, and keep a paper trail. Don’t assume that because a company looks credible online that they’ll be there for you later. And if you do go ahead with an at-home aligner programme, make sure you have clear routes to aftercare, documented guarantees and, ideally, a local dentist who knows what was done and can check your bone and periodontal health.
Would I recommend this service? I’d be honest: cautiously no. It does what it promises in terms of alignment for many people, but the aftercare and response when things go wrong really matter. For me, the poor communications and the lasting dental damage outweigh the initial cosmetic success. So yes, the teeth looked good in photos, but the lack of proper follow-up and the company’s silence when I needed answers turned the experience into something I wouldn’t want others to go through without proper warnings.Retainers making a massive difference
I've just had a go with the clear aligners from this company and honestly, they've totally transformed my teeth. They used to be a bit wonky and out of place, but after wearing the retainers for a few months, they're now perfectly aligned. Teeth straightening aligners
My teeth straightening aligners experience has been a bit of a mixed bag. Good news is that my teeth have improved a lot with the aligners, they're looking straight like I expected from the start, and my bite feels good. However, it seems my experience isn't the same as others. When my aligners stopped fitting properly halfway through the first round, they quickly did new impressions and gave me new aligners. They even refunded me when they realised the new set was for daytime wear instead of nighttime like I'd paid for, which was nice of them.

I had my teeth done at this place and it was amazing! My teeth look fantastic now and I'm over the moon. The whole thing was a breeze and the staff were really lovely, they answered all my questions.

I am completely gutted by my experience with this company. I dedicated so much time to straightening my teeth with their clear aligners, only to find myself without retainers in the end. It has been months now, and my teeth are already moving back to where they started. The communication from their side was shocking, and I had to deal with multiple refinements due to their incompetence. I would strongly advise against using this company.
Return address update
I've been trying to update my return address for two years now, but every time I send an email, I get a bounce back message saying "No connection could be made because the target computer actively refused it". It's really frustrating because it looks like there's no server application running on the remote host. I feel like I've been scammed as I haven't heard anything back despite trying multiple ways to contact them.
Ineffective aligners
I had a really disappointing experience with the aligners from this company. The first set didn't do what they were meant to - my teeth weren't straight by the end, and then the retainer broke. It was a real hassle to finally get through to customer service and get a replacement impression kit. Meanwhile, my teeth started moving back to where they were before because I didn't have a retainer.
Invisalign treatment experience
My experience with the Invisalign treatment at this place was really disappointing. The communication throughout the treatment was so poor, with emails back in broken English. I just finished my treatment, but now my retainers have cracked and there doesn't seem to be any way to get in touch with the company for a replacement or refund. I've tried sending emails, but they keep bouncing back. I also tried searching for a phone number to call, but it looks like the shop in Staines is closed now according to Google. I've heard some rumours on Trust Pilot that the company might have gone out of business, but there's no official confirmation. I would strongly recommend others to steer clear of buying anything from this company.
Aligner purchase
In early 2021, I thought I'd give aligners from this company a go and it all started off quite well. My aligners arrived quickly and the results weren't too shabby. The customer service was good to begin with, but it went downhill later on. By June 2022, when my treatment was done, I emailed them about needing further refinement and was happy to pay for it. Sadly, I never heard back from them.
Invisible braces purchase
I've had a bit of a rough time with the invisible braces provider, to be honest. I'm almost done with my treatment, but I'm not happy with how it's turned out. I tried to get in touch with them by email and phone, but they haven't got back to me at all. I was gutted to find out on the internet that they've shut down. So now I'm stuck in a bit of a pickle, having put a lot of money into this treatment and not knowing what to do next.
Retainers for teeth
I was initially pleased with how things were going, but in the end, I ended up feeling dissatisfied. Despite thinking that my teeth looked improved, my bite still didn't feel quite right. To make matters worse, after completing the treatment, my teeth began shifting back to their original positions since I didn't receive the necessary retainers. In fact, they only delivered one of the two final position retainers that were part of the deal. I've been requesting the missing retainer for a long time now, but they seem to be ignoring my messages. My recommendation would be to seek treatment from a qualified dentist for procedures like invisalign.
2-year treatment, inaccurate molds, poor results, no response for refund
I have to say, my experience with the treatment from this company hasn't been great. I thought clear aligners would be a convenient and affordable way to straighten my teeth, but it turned out to be quite a bumpy ride. It took nearly 2 years because there were problems with the accuracy of the molds they gave me, so I had to get a whole new set to fix it. This made the treatment last much longer than expected and didn't even give me the results I wanted.

I was really grateful for the quick reply and speed in setting up the payments when I first enquired about the service. But when I actually started the treatment and required some help, I was let down by the lack of availability and support from the customer service. It would have been much better to have clearer communication and more guidance during the whole process.

I was happy with how quick and helpful Sarah was at first, but things went downhill when I wasn't happy with how my aligners were looking and needed some changes. I let them know my concerns at the end of August, and now it's already the middle of November, but I still haven't heard anything back or got the issue sorted. They told me I'd get the first set within 5-10 working days, but it's been 2.5 months since then. Even though I paid upfront, I'm still waiting for things to be sorted out properly.

Teeth alignment treatment
Alright, so I decided to sort out my wonky teeth because of the gaps. The initial treatment didn't quite do the trick, so I had to have it redone. The second attempt was an improvement, but one of my bottom teeth wasn't cooperating. Had to have another redo for a bit more money. Then they asked for more cash for the molds, which wasn't great. Plus, there were customs fees, which was a pain. Customer service was great at the start, but now they seem a bit hard to reach, which is disappointing.

I've had this treatment to straighten my teeth and it was going well until the last aligners didn't finish the job properly.
