    Parcel collection and delivery

    The company is a SCAM. We paid for a parcel collection. They never collect it. We asked for a refund and they asked us to pay 6£ on top before giving the refund. We did not pay the additional charge as we have been ripped off already. Do not trust this company. There are many reviews on their website but I believe those are fake as I can't add one there

    Thieves ... I delivered the car with more fuel than when I took it (it was only 50% fuel at pick up despite my request for a full tank..), and they didn't refund me despite the fact that the amount was very low (10 euros) after a rent of 700 euros + ... ridiculous

    Cruise on the Thames

    Unfortunately I couldn't give 0 star.
    Probably the worst "experience" provider ever.

    I bought a cruise on the Thames, only to realise that you pay in advance for a voucher, with no dates confirmed.
    And to my delight, I discovered there weren't any dates suitable to my schedule.
    I tried and tried to see if I could find one, but no luck.
    When I gave up and asked for a refund, I was told that I was out of the 14 days refund policy.

    If you want to spend your money without the possibility to get a refund and a very appalling customer service, this is the company to go for.

    It really look like a scam.
    They get your money first, that's the most important thing.
    Then if you can get what you purchased, great.
    If you don't, they simply don't care.

    Total rubbish

    Same here awful experience with Virgin Experience Days. I too booked for the Thames Cruise with Lunch and despite several tries no dates available with my rota for work (I’m a key worker who can’t take leave easily), I finally a managed to get dates suitable for both my experience days, one of which is the Thames cruise, to then be emailed a fortnight ago that they’re cancelling my trip. I’ve tried relentlessly to get a refund and told that despite having my date confirmed and Virgin cancelling my both experiences that I too conveniently I’m out of their 14 day refund window. Virgin Experience Days are keeping my money and refusing to issue me with a refund for a service they cancelled and failed to supply. Keeping customers money for no service is illegal and immoral I too advise people to AVOID THIS DODGY COMPANY
