Two tests for partner's health protection
I'm really disappointed with the service I received. I paid a lot for two tests and had to deal with wrong information, not enough information, and delays in getting the sample kits. This is about protecting my partner's health and possibly stopping a dangerous illness. The service has been really incompetent and that's not okay.

Two outfits for grand daughters
I bought some really nice outfits for my granddaughters and they loved them. But, picking them up was a bit of a headache. I got a text saying to collect them in-store, but when I got there, I was sent to a different spot at Argos. The woman at the desk was having a tough time with the orders in front of me, which was annoying because I was in a hurry. Also, when I asked if I could use the self-service checkout, the manager was a bit rude and told me to go to the other side of the store. Luckily, I managed to get my parcel the next day.
