Superb
TU Clothing has been one of my favourite brand for kids wear, menswear and womenswear products. Great choice of styles, colors, sizes and designs. Excellent, prompt and fast delivery service including great prices. I would have to go to in search of three or four brands to find all items that I found under one roof from TU Clothing.
TU Clothing have very trendy clothings and they are very professional. I'm so happy for choosing TU Clothing. The clothes I got are amazing!!! I love the materials and the small details that makes them so unique!!!

I have to say, my experience as a customer at Tu was really impressive. The ordering process was a breeze, and I managed to find exactly what I wanted with no issues. The service at pick up and during returns in store was top-notch, with staff who were friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff about the products. The items I ended up keeping were absolute gems, especially since they were on sale. I was pleasantly surprised to find clothes that actually fit well for shorter, curvier girls like me, just like the ones in the photos. All in all, Tu went above and beyond my expectations in terms of quality and variety.
Two outfits for grand daughters
I bought some really nice outfits for my granddaughters and they loved them. But, picking them up was a bit of a headache. I got a text saying to collect them in-store, but when I got there, I was sent to a different spot at Argos. The woman at the desk was having a tough time with the orders in front of me, which was annoying because I was in a hurry. Also, when I asked if I could use the self-service checkout, the manager was a bit rude and told me to go to the other side of the store. Luckily, I managed to get my parcel the next day.
Quick and Easy Service
I received excellent service from this online retailer. Everything went smoothly from placing my order to the quick delivery. The website was easy to use, and I had no problems ordering. However, I did need to return some items, which was a bit of a hassle. Now I'm waiting for my refund, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it all goes well. Despite this issue, I will definitely use this service again in the future. Overall, it was a positive experience, even with the return process.
Online order
The queue at the online order collection counter is just a nightmare. Every time I go to pick up my order, there's always a never-ending line of customers there, either trying to exchange items or sort out problems. It's so annoying to have to wait for ages just to get something that I've already bought online. The whole system really needs to be sorted out and made more efficient and organised.

I recently bought some clothes online and I found the prices were great with a nice selection to choose from. The website was really easy to use, so I had a pleasant shopping experience without any hassle. I got a confirmation email straightaway after placing my order and then a text to let me know my order was ready to collect. Overall, it was a stress-free process from beginning to end and I'm happy with what I bought.

I was really pleased with the clothes I bought and thought the prices were reasonable. But I have to say, I wasn't too impressed with how I had to collect them at the store. I recently bought some clothes online from this shop. The clothes I got were really nice and matched what was on the website. But, I was a bit let down when I found out there were no changing rooms in the store for me to try things on before buying. So, I ended up having to send back a few things that didn't fit. It was a bit annoying, and I think having changing rooms would make shopping there a lot better.
Tu clothing
I really liked the clothes I got from this brand. Most of them were really good, but there was one thing that wasn't quite what I was hoping for. The 'white waffle cotton dressing gown' was more of a cream colour than white, thinner than I wanted, and not as breathable because it had less cotton than I expected for a summer robe. Still, I was happy with most of the stuff I got, about 70% of it.
Two coats for choice
I bought two coats, but decided to return one to the store. The return process was a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. The lady there said I'd get an email confirming it, but it never came. When I checked online, it showed no sign of the return being dealt with. I had to chat with a robot for ages before actually getting to speak to a real person. They said they'd sort it out, but I still haven't received my £25 refund. And there's been no sign of that email I was promised.
It's really disappointing to feel like I'm back to where I started after what should have been a simple return. I’m pretty sure they have footage of me returning the coat, so I don't get why they haven't done anything about it. I really regret going through all this hassle, and I won't be shopping like this again, especially with such a complicated return procedure.

I was really pleased with the short sleeve cotton cardigan I bought, it was top quality. The material was really soft and comfortable, and the stitching was really well done. Ordering from this company was so easy. I found what I wanted quickly and they had everything in stock. The sizes were spot on, everything fit perfectly when it came. Collecting my order was a breeze too, the staff were really nice and knew what they were doing, made the whole experience great.

I placed an order with this company not long ago but I didn't get a confirmation email after buying. It took a wee while for the stuff to arrive, but I was happy with it when it eventually did. The missing confirmation email was a bit of a problem, and I hope the company sorts it out for next time.
Ordering was easy and great products
Oh, I had a bit of bother with this online purchase I made. Ordering was dead easy, but when I had to return something it got a bit messy. The instructions were a bit unclear, innit? I sealed up the bag, but it turns out I didn't need to do that. All they needed to do was check the product and scan the returns slip inside. Anyway, they sorted out the refund pretty quickly, so that's a plus at least.
