I recently got some really nice dresses from this company. The quality of the dresses was top-notch, and I didn't have any problems with the dresses themselves. But, getting a refund wasn't the best experience. I ended up waiting almost a month for the refund to go through, which made me a bit wary of buying from them again. I had to speak to customer service twice before they finally processed my refund. Although I have to say, customer service was pretty quick to respond and they did eventually sort out my refund after my second request, 14 working days after they received the item back. It seems like delays in refunds are a common issue, going by other reviews I've seen. Despite the lovely dresses, the prices being high and the slow refund process have made me think twice about ordering from them again.

Gorgeous boots, expedient delivery, comfortable
I recently bought a lovely pair of boots from this shop and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The delivery was super quick and efficient, which is always a bonus for me. In terms of sizing, if you usually wear a size forty in Euro sizes, I'd suggest going down a size for these boots as they do seem a bit big. The leather is incredibly soft and the colour is just like the picture, a gorgeous darker cognac shade that gets even more beautiful with time. Not only do they look great, but they're also really comfy to wear. The design and shape of the boots are absolutely stunning, making them a perfect addition to any outfit.
