Absolutely disappointed with this company..
I placed a order in January and have heard nothing. I’ve sent numerous messages, emails, and chatted online and still no reply..
they took my money from my bank account. I just wished I’d paid by PayPal as they would investigate this company…
I wouldn’t advice anyone to order from them..
they have a whole list of bad reviews they should be closed down and return peoples money… It seems they just want your money and don’t bother with their customer services

Please read the below from the small print. There is no mention of having to pay tax when ordering the items which is so wrong as I would not have purchased the items if I knew I would have to pay £28 in tax!!
'Customers are responsible for finding out the situation in their own country. All shipments from China are Delivery Duty Unpaid. Therefore, the customer is solely responsible for any charges and they must be paid by the customer.
Customers take full liability for all returned shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. 'Could I ask. How long did it take for the package to get to you in the UK? I ordered 2nd December thinking it would have plenty of time before New Years...am I joking with myself?
What a pile of rubbish! What ever you do don't waste your time or money on this atrocious website! You will wait for ever for delivery, and the product is not fit for purpose!

Our order was £140, just got card through the door from DHL demanding £77 in customs/VAT charges!!! It’s a disgrace.
I had the same problem, contact your bank for a refund, my bank refunded me.
