    A nice meal for my dog

    I don't buy just any type of food for my dog. I purchase high-quality, nutritious, safely made with no chemical additive food for my dog. I purchase my dog's meal from AATU Dog and Cat. I purchase free-run chicken which is my dog's favorite. He loves the taste and scent of the meal. AATU produces the best quality of food for my dogs. The ingredients are healthy and fresh. Well packaged meals. Less pricy and fast delivery service. No coloring is present in the meal. I would always purchase more for my dog with some chicken soon. Can I get a nutrition guide for my dog?

    Long green winter Jacket with fur collar

    After I ordered my jacket I came on and read the reviews. I seen all the negative comments and thought oh great. Im never getting my jacket. However my jacket came 2 weeks later which i thought was a bit long but its beautiful. I'm a size 10/12 normally and went for the xl its perfect. I emailed the company a couple of times and they replied promptly.

    Ordered a top Oct 16th . Nothing. Sent several emails. Was told it would arrive in 5 days. There is a tracking status on their website saying it was with the airline on Nov 20th. It's now 10th December - still nothing. I have emailed for a refund. NO RESPONSE. THEY ARE A JOKE!!! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN IGNORE YOU!

    I ol rderderd a coat and paid for it on 3rd Dec had nothing from them emailed them 6 times and heard nothing albsalute discrace

    Over a month since I ordered and paid for a dress still nothing I will be reporting them to the better business bureau

    Scandalous! Crazy to think people out there make fake company’s and sell stuff but you don’t receive anything. Ordered 2 coats for 60 and they never come they sent me an automated email saying they will get back to me..6 week later nothing. Nothing but robbing bastards

    Ordered from the 10th jan it’s now the 12feb i still don’t have my parcel ignoring my emails! DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM they take your money.

    I placed an order with this company on 22nd Jan, payment taken, still no item received, several emails with just an automated email response, I would not use this company ever again.

    Shocking, bought a coat jan 15 th 2021, still waiting asked fir refund ignored me , took it uonwith credit card and still waiting , how are they even allowed to advertise, disgusting

    Yes, you are so right about fake reviews. If you go onto Trust Pilot, they give a warning that some of the reviews have been removed as they are bogus. Since most of the reviews are shockingly bad, I suspect those few positive ones are fake and have slipped through the net. Get your bank to re-charge your account.

    SAME HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS ABOVE CUSTOMERS. I disuputed the charge with my bank and my money has been returned. Suckers!

    Please report them to the Citizens Advice Consumer Service on 03454 04 05 06 (Citizens Advise Org UK) - if you google them you can also speak to them via chat or lodge an online complaint.

    Crap!! if only I read this first ???? just paid for a jacket.

    I just viewed the first online training as part of my free trial and truly enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to the next videos, particularly those that will give me first-hand experience using the various graphic design software programs. However, I am concerned about the negative reviews here, indicating that several folks have tried to cancel at the end of their free trials, but were automatically charged anyway and then had severe difficulties obtaining appropriate reimbursement. We shall see.

    5 meal weekly delivery

    I have been using Hello Fresh for over a year now and apart from the odd times that something has been missing it's been great.
    Sadly since the COVID 19 pandemic I was identified as vulnerable medically.
    To allow for this I updated my order from three meals a week to five.
    Over this period of time I have come to know the delivery driver who drops off my box without fail every Monday.
    On the Sunday I received my normal message to say my Hello Fresh box would be delivered on Monday.
    Monday by around four o'clock I had not had a text or email so I thought I'd contact the delivery company. I was informed that although they had received an order for delivery they had not received the box.
    Next stop Hello Fresh - having spent time trying to actually call them - impossible to find phone details on the site! I spoke to someone and explained the situation. They then went off to investigate and emailed me back to say that the delivery company had misplaced my box and that it would be dispatched for Tuesday or Wednesday.
    Ten minutes later I received another email telling me that I would no longer be getting any delivery at all that week. I explained that I'm a vulnerable person and that I have been dependant on this weekly since the pandemic. Again I was told no nothing they could do about it - but they'd put the money they had taken from my account towards my delivery the following week.
    I then asked for this to be escalated - only to be told they could do nothing to help me. Again I asked for it to be escalated.
    At this point three different advisors sent me the exact same email saying they could do nothing to help me.
    I wrote a final email on Tuesday virtually begging them to think outside the box in trying to get this resolved - guess what no response!
    Having spent well over £2,500 over the past year with them, recommended others to them and been what I consider a loyal customer even prior to the pandemic - this is how they respond.
    To say I'm disgusted is an understatement - I do wonder if their CEO Dominik Richter and Thomas Griesel approve of this customer service and if they use the so called service themselves would they have encountered the same indifference that I have just been through.
