Short-term rental booking
I just booked a short-term rental through this platform and it was absolutely brilliant. At first, I was a bit worried about changing my check-out date because I've heard some horror stories about no refunds or changes being allowed. But when I contacted their customer service team, they were amazing. Giovanna especially was so helpful and made sure to speak to the landlord to change my check-out date smoothly. Preorder process
I was really pleased that I could pre-order something without the money being taken until it was delivered. It made me feel more relaxed and it was really handy knowing I had my item secured without paying upfront. It arrived quickly, two days before it was even due to be released, which was even better than I expected. Overall, I had a really good experience.
