Return of standing lamp
I've been waiting for almost two months to send back this rubbish lamp! They keep sending me emails with the same old excuse about their logistics department. It feels like a complete rip-off, and I'm not sure what to do about it!

Microsuction appointment
I went to the appointment for earwax removal, thinking my ears needed cleaning. Turns out, there was no wax in there and I ended up getting a refund. Ashley was really professional, friendly, and great to chat with. I would definitely go back if I have any other problems. The receptionist was lovely too.
