    Ciselia stools with white fleece

    I recently bought some Ciselia stools with white fleece and it was such a great experience. They arrived in Ireland in just five days, which was super quick. The customer service team kept me in the loop about the delivery date, which was really nice of them. When I got the bar stools, I was happy to see that everything was in perfect condition. The quality of the stools is really good, and I was impressed to see that they were all well protected.     Big order for new house

    I was really excited to get some new furniture for my new house, so I placed a big order with lots of things like tables and sofas. I even paid extra to have everything assembled because I'm not great at DIY. But oh my goodness, what a disaster! It's been weeks and most of my stuff still hasn't arrived. They keep delivering items, but there's always something important missing so they can't even put it together when they arrive. Then they take back random pieces but forget to bring what we actually need. I just want to relax on my new sofa and watch some TV, is that too much to ask for?

    Blok Sofa

    I wouldn't recommend buying the Blok sofa from Kave Home if you don't want to end up with the wrong colour and disappointing customer service. I had ordered the dark green one, but after waiting for 16 weeks, I received one in teal instead. It's meant to be the centrepiece of my flat, and the wrong colour stands out so clearly! Unfortunately, they don't send samples to the UK, so you have to rely on their unreliable photos. The after-sales team wasn't much help either, leaving me stuck with a sofa that wasn't what I wanted. My advice would be to steer clear of Kave Home for textiles!

    Me and my family recently bought some great things from this store, and unfortunately, one of the items was a bit broken.     Recently purchased 4 chairs

    The chairs I bought were mostly nice, but one of them ended up damaged because of the delivery company's carelessness. It was annoying at first, but I have to admit, the After Sales service really sorted it out for me. I managed to get in touch with them easily through phone and email, and they quickly and fairly resolved the issue without any unnecessary hassle. It's not often you come across a company that deals with customer problems so efficiently nowadays, so I have to give them credit where it's deserved. Big thanks to Ms. Judit for her help in sorting everything out.

    The extendable table we bought from this brand was just what we were looking for. We were really impressed by the quality and how perfectly it suited our space.     2 coffee tables

    I bought two coffee tables from this company recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The tables arrived on time and in perfect condition, and the quality was even better than I expected. The only small problem I had was that I didn't get a tracking number in my first email, but when I got in touch with customer service, they sorted it out for me straight away.     TV cabinet purchase

    I recently bought a TV cabinet for about £800 from the shop. I loved the design and thought it would look great in our new living room. But when it arrived, the first cabinet had faulty door guides. The second one had a big dent on the front, even though it was on the less visible side, it wasn't okay. The third one had a dent on the back and was missing pre-drilled holes for the legs. It was annoying to have to go through so many replacements to finally get one without any issues. The lack of quality control is worrying, I thought a well-known furniture company would do better.

    300cm modular sofa

    I bought this 300cm modular sofa recently and honestly, putting it together was a real nightmare. Each part seemed fine individually, but when it came to assembling it, it was a disaster. We had to make holes in the fabric for screws and line up the pieces ourselves, which was honestly so boring and annoying. It was really tough to get everything in line, and to make it worse, some of the legs didn't even touch the floor when it was all put together. The corner arm stuck out and we just couldn't push it in, no matter how much we tried. The sofa ended up all wonky and just not right at all. We didn't want to give up on it though because we waited so long for it to be delivered, and also, it was huge and a real pain to take apart and send back. It's such a shame really, it could have been a really good sofa if it wasn't for all these big problems.

    Galene sofa

    I've just bought a new Galene sofa and it's been quite a mission to get it delivered to my home. When it finally arrived, it all looked good at first glance. However, there's a big problem - the seat cushions are really hard. I'm not sure if they just need to be worn in a bit or if there's a problem with them. Can anyone offer some advice on this? They feel a lot firmer than the ones I tried out in the store, and it's not as comfy as I was expecting.

    Decorative cushions

    I recently bought some lovely cushions from this shop and I must say I was really let down by the whole experience. The prices were just ridiculous, suddenly shooting up for the same cushions I had bought for much less before. It felt like they were just trying to cash in on customers without a care. I've been a loyal customer for a year and a half, but this sudden price rise really didn't sit well with me. There are loads of other places that sell great stuff at better prices, so I think I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. Cheers.
