I've been using this platform for a couple of years now, and although it does the job, there are definitely lots of areas that could do with improvement. The user experience is quite lacking, not very user-friendly, and not visually appealing at all (with bad indexing, pages that don't work, and a search function that doesn't really do its job well). It would really help if they could improve the overall user experience. The chat and communication features on the website aren't very effective, and there isn't even an iOS app available. Considering how long this service has been around, it would be great to see some updates as it seems to have been stuck in the same old rut for a while now.

Designer ring
I bought a designer ring online and paid for next day delivery. But, I didn't get any order confirmation after that. I had to stay home all day, waiting for it. After calling customer service a few times, they told me it would come the next day instead. I was upset that there was no proper communication or even an apology for the inconvenience. Even after I complained, all I got was an email with no real solution. I'm very unhappy with this experience and doubt I'll be buying from that online store again.
