Spa massage
I popped into a spa not long ago for a massage, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight. The therapist was so lovely and skilled, they really made me feel relaxed and at home during the treatment. The whole vibe of the spa was just so peaceful, with gentle music playing and a really calming atmosphere. And as a lovely bonus, the therapist even offered me a nice cup of tea and some treats, which was a really nice personal touch. I would definitely suggest this spa to anyone in need of some relaxation and rejuvenation. I'll definitely be going back in the future.

Pet sitting arrangements
I've used Rover loads of times to find people to look after my pets and houses. The sitters have always been amazing. Each sitter has reviews from other people, and they include the bad ones as well. In my experience, the reviews are always accurate. I would definitely recommend Rover to all my friends.

Rushed delivery for wedding outfit
I paid for next day delivery because I really needed my outfit for a wedding, but the delivery was delayed which was really disappointing. To make things worse, when I tried to get help from customer service, my emails were just ignored. The lack of communication and help from this company is not acceptable. I'll be sending back my purchase and won't be buying from them again unless they sort this out quickly. Hopefully, they'll step up and deal with my complaint properly, but we'll have to wait and see.
