My experience as a customer
I've had a right nightmare with this platform - been locked out of my account from day one. Kept getting asked to take surveys but couldn't even log in! And don't even get me started on trying to contact customer support by email - not a peep back. The "raise a ticket" button? Just leads to some error page. Was starting to think this whole thing was a scam, but then they asked me for feedback.

Summer house and base
I had such a great experience with Shedstore. Their website was really easy to use and had all the info I needed. Paying for my order was super quick and straightforward. The base turned up first and was a breeze to put together. Then, a few days later, the summer house arrived, and the delivery driver, Carl, was amazing. He even asked me where I wanted it and made sure it was in the right spot. All in all, a really smooth and hassle-free experience.
