Decent shaving equipment purchase
I recently bought some good shaving gear from abroad because I couldn't find what I wanted locally here in Finland. I did some research and went with The Shaving Shack because they had a lot of options at decent prices. Ordering was easy and their website was simple to use. I was happy to see that the shipping costs to Finland were pretty reasonable compared to other online shops.

The fringe hair extension I bought online was way darker than it looked in the pictures. It was a nightmare trying to get in touch with customer service because they only had a chat option available. When I tried to swap the hair extension for a different one, I had to send it back, but the whole process was a bit of a mess. They made me use recorded delivery for the return, which ended up costing me extra money.
