Suitcase
I bought a suitcase from your store recently, and I must say I'm really disappointed with the quality of it. I only used it four times before the corner of the frame supporting a wheel completely collapsed. This is not acceptable and shows that the suitcase is not very durable. I had higher expectations from your brand, especially given the price. I'm now questioning whether your products are reliable in general and if this is a common problem. Needless to say, I'm very unhappy with my purchase and wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

I had a bit of trouble using a discount code for cat food on the website, but after feeling frustrated at first, I decided to ask for help. I was really surprised by how quickly and efficiently the customer service team, especially Louise, helped me out. She gave me a new code right away, and just like that, the issue was sorted without any unnecessary back and forth. I've got to say, the amazing customer service I got has given me a really good opinion of the company, and now I can't wait to try out the new cat food with my fluffy pal. If the food is as good as the service, I reckon it'll be top-notch.
