Cat food and litter
I've been really impressed with the cat food and litter I bought from Republic of Cats. Their service has always been top-notch, with a personal and friendly touch that really makes them stand out. Since switching to their products, my cats have never looked better - they're sleek, glossy, and their litter trays are always clean. Unfortunately, I recently ran out of their stuff and had to buy some expensive items from a supermarket. Turns out, my cats didn't like the food and the litter smelled terrible. My only little complaint is that I wish the cans were bigger because I have big cats and I go through a lot of cans to feed them both. However, the biscuits they provide are amazing - meaty and my cats love them, never leaving any behind like they used to with other brands. Overall, I highly recommend Republic of Cats to anyone wanting to give their furry friends the best quality products.
High-quality pet food
The customer service at this place is brilliant. They were so quick and helpful when the courier mistakenly sent my delivery to the wrong address. I really appreciate how they dealt with the situation effectively and in no time at all. Their team genuinely care about the customer's concerns and always provide solutions promptly. What's more, it's so easy to make changes to my orders, whether it's adjusting the food ratio or pausing a delivery. The flexibility and ease of managing my account are great. Also, my cat absolutely loves the food, and the packaging is appealing and easy to serve. Just the sound of the tin opening makes him come running, which is pretty amazing. I can confidently say that my cat is thriving and content with the food from this place.
Premium cat food trial box
So, I decided to treat my fancy cats to some more expensive cat food options. Lily's Kitchen didn't impress them, so I thought I'd give Republic of Cats a try. The trial box was pretty generous, with pate, shredded, and stew options. I set out three plates with different foods, hoping for a positive reaction. Unfortunately, Kaleesi only had a tiny bit of the stew, while Saffi turned her nose up and walked away. In the end, one cat went for Whiskas, and the other preferred Felix as Good As It Looks. Republic of Cats might be great for some cats, but it just didn't work for mine. I suppose the lesson is to stick with what they already like, no matter the cost.
Cat food
I must say, the customer service at this place is absolutely fantastic. Every time I've needed to get in touch, they have been quick to respond and very efficient in sorting out any problems that come up. It's such a relief not to have to deal with any hassle when asking for help. They even have solutions ready if my order has already been dispatched. And let me tell you, my cat is extremely fussy when it comes to food. I'm always adjusting the dry and wet food amounts, and the staff here are always happy to help with a bit of humour. All in all, I have to give them credit for their excellent customer service.
