Toyota central locking
I got in touch with the customer service team at JustAnswer about a problem I'm having with the central locking system in my Toyota. Steve was really helpful and knew his stuff, he gave me some advice and tips on how to sort it out. I even tried looking for a solution on the Toyota Owners Club but no luck, so Steve's knowledge has given me hope. I'm hopeful that his advice will do the trick, fingers crossed!

Bathroom fixtures
The ordering process was really smooth, and the communication on the website was spot on. But, when I went to the branch to pick up my bathroom fixtures, I was really disappointed by the lacklustre customer service. The staff didn't seem bothered to help me or even recommend a different product I was looking for. It was pretty disheartening to see such a lack of enthusiasm from the employees. So, I'll definitely be looking elsewhere for my business in the future.
