Purchase of brass irrigation and water system fittings
I recently visited City Plumbing in Stratford-upon-Avon and was lucky enough to speak with a really helpful chap called Harvey Partridge. He helped me pick out the right bits and bobs for a brass irrigation and water system that needed to cope with high pressure for a jet wash and big garden watering setup. I'm no plumber, so I was really thankful for Harvey's knowledge and advice on choosing the right stuff. He kept me in the loop on how my order was going and let me know as soon as it was ready to collect. What really stood out was how Harvey took the time to explain how everything worked together and offered to help if I had any trouble with the products. He was super professional, polite, and really keen to assist, which made my trip to City Plumbing a breeze. A big thank you to Harvey for his top-notch service!

Penny, in particular, really went out of her way to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. The work was done quickly and to a really high standard. All in all, I was really impressed with the service I got from this store.

He had already employed the services of about two companies who did abysmal job for him and failed to live up to expectations. So he called me to complain his bitterness. Well, he only called later to thank me, having had City Plumbing done the job to his expectations. Misleading stock availability
I was really annoyed with my experience at City Plumbing. I ordered some things online, thinking they were available, only to get a call on the day I was supposed to pick them up, saying they were actually out of stock. It felt like such a waste of time and I was left with nothing after getting my hopes up.

I had really good service from a lady named Sarah at the local branch recently. She knew her stuff and was really helpful when I was planning a new shower room. Sarah was great at talking to me and was always friendly and happy to help. Even when there were small problems with the planning and supplies, she sorted them out quickly so everything went smoothly. I would definitely suggest this branch if you need help planning a bathroom in the future.

I bought some plumbing supplies from City Plumbing recently, and I have to say I was really happy with the service. The staff there were very helpful and knew their stuff, they helped me find exactly what I needed. The delivery was right on time and quick, I got everything just when they said it would arrive. The prices were good too, couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. I bought a new shower from this shop the other day and I have to say, the service from the staff was top-notch. The person who helped me, sorry I can't remember their name, really knew their stuff about the showers they had. They guided me to pick the perfect shower for what I needed and even gave me some really useful tips for installation. The shop had loads of different showers to pick from, so I easily found the one I wanted. All in all, a really easy and stress-free shopping trip.

I've just bought something delicate from City Plumbing and I'm really pleased with how it went. Their website was so easy to use, made it simple for me to find what I was after. I was amazed at how quickly my item arrived, especially since it was fragile. Faucet purchase for bathroom renovation
I had a bit of a bad experience with my recent purchase from your store. I was really looking forward to getting my new faucet for my bathroom makeover, but it didn't arrive on the day I chose. What really annoyed me was the fact that there was no communication about the delay - no explanation or even a call to let me know what was going on. The service really wasn't up to scratch and it left me feeling pretty frustrated and put out.
Bath and legs
I had a really bad time when ordering a bath and legs from City Plumbing online. They kept missing delivery dates, which messed up my renovation project. When the bath finally arrived, it was all damaged and had no packaging. I asked for a replacement, they sent a second one but that was damaged too, it looked like it was damaged before they even packaged it. They refused to send another one at first, saying I only requested a refund for the bath and not the legs in a really rude way. They eventually sent the rest of the refund and added on £20 as a "goodwill gesture." But that didn't make up for all the time I wasted chasing them and waiting in for deliveries that never came. I'm now taking legal action against them, and I suggest others do the same thing. If you have problems, complaining to consumer advice or trading standards is a good idea. My experience buying from City Plumbing online was really disappointing, so I recommend being careful if you're thinking of buying from them.
Bought some taps
I popped into the Carlisle branch of that plumbing store and picked up some taps. There was a lovely lady called Samantha who assisted me, she was so friendly and knew her stuff. She answered all my queries and I felt really pleased with my buy when I left. I'll definitely be heading back there in the future.
Bathroom fixtures
The ordering process was really smooth, and the communication on the website was spot on. But, when I went to the branch to pick up my bathroom fixtures, I was really disappointed by the lacklustre customer service. The staff didn't seem bothered to help me or even recommend a different product I was looking for. It was pretty disheartening to see such a lack of enthusiasm from the employees. So, I'll definitely be looking elsewhere for my business in the future.
Item mix-up
I ordered two things but only received one. I emailed them about the issue, and they sorted it out really quickly by sending out the missing item straight away. I'm really pleased with the service and will definitely shop here again.

I can't praise this company enough! Honestly, the service was brilliant from beginning to end. Ordering was so easy, and the prices were really good. Thermo electric valve for gas furnace burner
Avoid City Plumbing at all costs! I ordered a part in a rush, shelled out nearly £300 and what did I get? Absolutely nothing! They said the item was in stock, but surprise, surprise, it had actually been discontinued. And to top it off, they didn't even bother telling me until I contacted them. The service was shocking. And to add insult to injury, they still haven't refunded me! Not only did they take my money for nothing, they can't even be bothered to give it back. I had a plumber all ready to install the part, but City Plumbing completely let me down. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this place!
Plumbing supplies
I've been coming to this shop a lot because they've got great prices. But I've noticed they're not very good at letting me know when my orders are ready to collect. Even though their website says they'll give notification, I've never heard anything from them. It's frustrating that I can't rely on them to keep me in the loop, especially when I need these supplies for my projects.
