Plants in excellent condition
I bought some plants from this company not too long ago, and I have to say, they arrived in really good condition. They were delivered right on time as they said they would be, which was a nice surprise. I would totally recommend this company to anyone, and I've already gone ahead and made another purchase from them.

Exchange assistance
I popped into this shop the other day to sort out an exchange, and I have to say, the customer service was top-notch. A lovely chap called Jules helped me out - super friendly and seriously clued up about all the products and how the exchange thing works. He made the whole process a breeze, sorted me out in no time at all. I'm really thankful for Jules' help and I'll definitely be back at this store in the future because of the fantastic customer service.
