I think this website may be a scam. They cancelled my order and told me to send them copies of bank statements, utility bills and Passport ID and are now not responding to my calls or emails. They've had me waiting a week now without letting me know what's happening despite being told they are pushing my order through. Complete waste of time and now I have to start over again and look elsewhere.
They then contacted me after this review to make it look like they were dealing with the issue and told me I would get a confirmation of the order in 15 minutes. I Then had to ring again 1 hour later as I still had no confirmation, at which point I was assured it was happening "right now" and that I would recieve my phone the next day. The next morning still no confirmation so I rang up again, to be told I had to ring their other number and place a new order. I was assured this had all gone through fine, until a few hours later I recieved another email telling me the order had been cancelled again. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. All they have done is got me to provide all of my bank details and credit information whilst giving me no phone and wasting my time for a week! Clearly a scam!
