Transfer booking to Abu Dhabi
My recent experience with the transfer booking service was absolutely terrible. I had booked a transfer to Abu Dhabi but, unfortunately, I had some issues communicating with the driver. He didn't seem to understand where and when to pick us up, which left me with no choice but to cancel the reservation via email. Despite my efforts to inform them of the cancellation, I was told by the service that I would receive a refund. Unfortunately, no refund ever showed up in my account. I sent numerous emails but never received a response from them. The complete lack of responsibility and communication is truly unacceptable. This service has definitely lost my trust.

Big clothes, wanted to return
The clothes were far too big and I wanted to return them, but it was such a hassle because I didn't realise I had to send them back to Germany and DHL were useless. Ugh, definitely won't be shopping here again!
