I used this service not long ago, and I have to say I was really let down because my question didn't get a proper answer. I had to splash out a hefty sum just to ask my question, but even though the so-called 'Expert' replied, they didn't really address what I was getting at. So, when I asked for my money back, the support team insisted that my question had been answered because the expert had replied. But I reckon just getting a reply doesn't necessarily mean the question was actually answered. On top of that, the support team owned up to there being a delay in giving me an answer. All in all, I reckon the service was below average and I had quite a few problems with it, making it a pretty disappointing experience.

Faulty controller<br>
I bought a controller from this shop recently, but it arrived broken, even though it was supposed to be new. I contacted customer service to sort it out, but sadly, I haven't heard back from them or had any problems solved. The lack of communication and responsibility has left me really let down by the service from this company. I sent back the item nearly two weeks ago, and so far, nothing has been done to fix things. Overall, my time dealing with this shop has been very disappointing and I would recommend others to be careful when thinking about buying from here.
