Bedding set purchase
I bought a bedding set from this shop recently, but it didn't last long. I used it once and when I washed it, the duvet ripped. I got in touch with their customer service team, and I have to say, it was a total nightmare. The staff weren't helpful or understanding in the slightest. It was so difficult to get any kind of solution out of them. I even have a feeling they weren't being completely honest with me during our conversations. It wasn't until I mentioned speaking to the item's manufacturer that they started to backpedal.

Wardrobe purchase
I recently bought a wardrobe from this furniture shop and I have to say, I am really impressed with the quality of the furniture and the amazing customer service I got. From when I ordered it to when it was delivered, everything went perfectly with no issues at all. The wardrobe itself is strong, well-made, and looks absolutely beautiful in my bedroom. I am so pleased with my purchase and the whole shopping experience.

Balloon bouquet, balloons, banners, gift bag
I ordered a balloon bouquet, balloons, banners, and a gift bag for a special birthday celebration, mate. I asked for next day delivery on a Thursday, thinking it would arrive on Friday or Saturday 'cause couriers work on weekends, right? But nah, it didn't show up until Monday, long after the big day had been and gone. Tried to call the courier, DHL eCommerce UK, but couldn't get through to anyone and had to go to the depot to get my stuff. Emailed Card Factory for help, but got useless responses that didn't show any care. Asked for a refund, but they said it was too late. The whole experience was proper disappointing, and the customer service was just not there, disappointment city, mate. The worst part was that when the delivery finally came, the balloons were all deflated, it was shambolic. Waste of time, waste of money, and made the celebration a bit cringe, to be honest, mate. Overall, the whole thing was a letdown, and the lack of info about the delivery service didn't help.
