    I popped into your shop in Solihull the other day and I must say, your staff were absolutely amazing. I struggle with getting around, so I needed a hand finding the 9 cards I was after. The two ladies who worked there saw me looking lost and just pitched in to help without me even having to ask. They were like angels that morning, and there was a guy there who had me in stitches the whole time. Big thumbs up to your team for really going the extra mile to assist me. Your cards are really great quality and you can't beat the prices. I'll definitely be a customer for life now!

    Balloons for daughter's birthday

    I was in a bit of a pickle because I needed some balloons blown up last minute for my daughter's birthday. The online retailer I bought them from didn't say anything about needing to book in advance. Luckily, Card Factory saved the day and managed to fit me in for collection the following day. The staff there were absolutely fantastic, the balloons turned out just right, and they even lasted longer than I thought they would. I got loads of lovely comments about them and, most importantly, my daughter was over the moon. Huge thanks to Card Factory for coming to the rescue!

    Helium balloon and table decorations

    I went to the store in Salford to buy a 65th helium balloon and some table decorations. Bev and Hayley were really lovely and helpful. They gave me great advice and assisted me the whole time I was shopping. I was amazed by how much they knew about the products and their willingness to help me find exactly what I wanted. The helium balloon and table decorations were excellent quality, and I was very happy with my purchase. Overall, my experience at this branch was fantastic, and I will definitely be going back in the future for all my party needs.

    Balloons for wife's birthday

    I popped into the store the other day to get some balloons for my wife's birthday, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service. Julie, the lovely lady who helped me out, was so friendly and helpful. She made the whole experience really pleasant and took the time to help me pick out the best balloons for the occasion. She even sorted me out so I could pick them up the next day, which was super convenient. I would definitely suggest Card Factory to anyone in need of party supplies, because the service I got was top-notch.

    Balloons for daughter's 13th birthday

    I ordered some balloons for my daughter's 13th birthday and two of them weren't fully inflated! They started going down and looked terrible at the party. It was really disappointing and made the decorations look bad. I wouldn't want this to happen again, I hope they do a better job next time.

    I recently bought some greeting cards from this company and I have to say I was really impressed with the service I got. Even though they had to move from a traditional stall to online because of the pandemic, they still provided excellent service. They had a great selection of cards to choose from and the prices were really good. The delivery service was great too, making the whole experience easy and hassle-free. Overall, I had a brilliant time shopping with this company and I will definitely be coming back again in the future.

    I popped into the shop in Walkden last Thursday and I must say, I was really impressed with the customer service there. The manager and a lovely staff member called Kay were so friendly and helpful. It was really nice to have such nice people helping me out during my visit.     The shop assistant, Esther, was amazing with her customer service. She went the extra mile to help everyone in the store. It was so nice to see someone who really cared about making sure everyone had a good time. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help with any questions made the shopping trip much better. It's rare to find such dedicated staff, but Esther really made my visit special.

    On mothers day I had my first order from this MBD shop .
    Order was of customized greeting cards, one wall art and balloons.
    Delivery was also little late by normal schedule as promised and balloon cost was on higher side.
    All balloons prices are between 2.5 to 15 pounds.
    Quality is USP of this shop but need some improvement on said areas.

    Five helium balloons

    The last time I bought helium balloons from this shop, it didn't go well. Even though I did what the staff suggested and spent quite a bit of money, the balloons were losing air by the next morning. When I contacted the manager for help, they were rude and not helpful at all. They didn't seem to care that I was having problems with what I bought. I think that person isn't good at dealing with customers. Because of this bad experience, I won't be coming back to this shop. I hope that with a different manager, the customer service will get better.

    Today I popped down to the shop in my town to pick up some special occasion cards, but the trip didn't quite go as planned. The young girl at the till was not very polite and didn't give off a friendly vibe at all. I always thought shop assistants were supposed to make customers happy, but her attitude just left me feeling a bit down. I had hoped to find some lovely cards for my family and friends, but her behaviour really put me off. It's such a shame that the staff weren't a bit friendlier, especially when it comes to occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. I left the shop feeling pretty disappointed and upset overall. Hopefully, they can work on improving their customer service moving forward.

    I recently bought several cards from this company and I must say, I am really disappointed with the whole experience. It's been more than a week since I placed my order, and I haven't received any updates or the cards themselves. I contacted their customer service team, and they just said there was a "technical error" and offered a refund plus a small 20% discount as a "goodwill gesture." Those gestures didn't sit well with me as a customer. I told them clearly that if I hadn't reached out, I wouldn't have known what was going on with my order. I even suggested they redo my order free of charge to keep my business, but they declined, saying they weren't able to do so. It's honestly quite funny and unprofessional. Their customer service skills are seriously lacking, and they couldn't resolve such a simple issue in a satisfactory way.

    I was really let down by my recent experience with this company. I ordered a next day delivery card, only to discover it had been downgraded to standard delivery without my permission. When I tried to contact customer service during their supposed working hours, I couldn't even get through on the phone and had to resort to sending an email. The response I got the next day said my order was placed too late for next day delivery. The card did eventually arrive, but it was a day late, which defeats the purpose of paying for next day delivery. Overall, I found the whole experience to be really disappointing and frustrating.

    Balloon bouquet, balloons, banners, gift bag

    I ordered a balloon bouquet, balloons, banners, and a gift bag for a special birthday celebration, mate. I asked for next day delivery on a Thursday, thinking it would arrive on Friday or Saturday 'cause couriers work on weekends, right? But nah, it didn't show up until Monday, long after the big day had been and gone. Tried to call the courier, DHL eCommerce UK, but couldn't get through to anyone and had to go to the depot to get my stuff. Emailed Card Factory for help, but got useless responses that didn't show any care. Asked for a refund, but they said it was too late. The whole experience was proper disappointing, and the customer service was just not there, disappointment city, mate. The worst part was that when the delivery finally came, the balloons were all deflated, it was shambolic. Waste of time, waste of money, and made the celebration a bit cringe, to be honest, mate. Overall, the whole thing was a letdown, and the lack of info about the delivery service didn't help.
