Rental experience
So, when we first moved in, oh my goodness, it was a complete disaster! The floors were soaking wet because of a leaky dishwasher, the shower and sink were overflowing due to clogged pipes, and there was even a burn mark near the stove! I mean, seriously, talk about a safety issue! And on top of all that, the window fittings were coming loose! Just picture if that fell on someone's head while they were asleep - terrifying! And when we tried to get everything fixed, it felt like pulling teeth! Three different experts came and still couldn't solve the problems. And don't even get me started on the drama of the cleaning fee - they charged us extra for basically nothing! And the cheek of the cleaning staff to blame us for a ripped laundry basket lid, I mean, really?! I will never go back there, never! And where on earth is my deposit, Blueground?! It's been ages!

The tour cost me 8k and to be honest, I wasn't too pleased with the service overall. The people in the sales team did their job well, but the service after I paid up was a bit of a letdown. The guide's English skills weren't great, a few hotels were pretty basic, and the tour itself felt so tiring with hardly any time to relax. Those long coach journeys on not-so-great coaches made it even more uncomfortable. Japan is beautiful and all, but better service would've definitely made the trip better.
