Holiday
After deciding to book an extra week i changed my flights as per "manage my booking" but was then told i can't change my hotel transfer so they would still come to hotel for nothing and not when i was actually leaving and that i can't extend my airport carpark stay (which i don't believe) so will have to book it all again! Price was reasonable but service atrocious as "Sandy bot" is as much use as a chocolate fireguard and over half an hour to get through on phone if you are lucky. Shame but wouldn't recommend or use again.

We booked through these people. What a waste. No contact whilst abroad. Left abandoned. Holiday curtailed. Hotel ran out of food. No help at all.
Booked with this company in a 5 star hotel and Spa in Turkey. I wouldn't even give it one star. Only 1 out of the 3 restaurants open. No swimming pool full of stagnant green water. Food was being recycled day after day. Wouldn't even give to pigs. Very rude and aggressive and violent Russian guests. I enquired about compensation only to be sent a reply from the hotel chain insinuating that I was very rude and aggressive to staff and guests which is a slanderous lie. This holiday company is the shittest I have ever booked with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TOTAL WANKERS.
