Waste of money
I completely agree that this company is a total scam! They promise to take care of all your bills, but I've been left with unpaid bills for over 7 months now. My credit score has been completely wrecked because of their failures, and I've wasted so much time trying to get answers through their worthless livechat. Every time I need help, the livechat is never available, and the bot they have is so unhelpful. I even had to resort to leaving a review just to try and get someone to pay attention to my problems, but it seems like they are not doing anything to fix the issue. Please avoid using this company at all costs; it's been an absolute nightmare for me, and I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I've experienced.

Digital payment account
I was really let down by my digital payment account. Not long after putting money in for the first time, I saw quite a chunk of it had vanished because of some surprise fees. They said it was a mistake in their system and that the charges were based on an old pricing list. It felt like my cash was being taken away straight after I'd just put it in there. I'd advise others to watch out for this company's ways because it left me feeling like I'd been conned and used unfairly.

Vape pen purchase
I decided to give this vape pen from Vapoholic a go, and honestly, the delivery was a complete nightmare. They cancelled it and delayed it for 24 hours, which is just not on. When it finally arrived, I was eager to give it a whirl. But, even though it said it had 600 puffs, it ran out in just a day. I was hoping it would last at least a couple of days, so you can understand why I was so let down. The actual product seemed promising, but the delivery and misleading info really disappointed me.

Online clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes online and had some problems with the delivery. Even though I ordered well ahead of time for an event, the item didn't show up when I needed it. I got a replacement, but that just made things even later. So, I decided to send it back for a refund under the distant sellers rules. But, they kept my money and the item, even though I sent it back unopened. This whole thing has really let me down and I'm not happy with the service at all.
