New phone
My new phone turned up this morning, even though I thought it wasn't coming until tomorrow! Thankfully, I was in when the delivery arrived. The phone looks really cool and I've already popped it into a nice leather case and slapped on a screen protector. Now I'm just waiting for my new sim to get activated so I can start using it. Ordering it was a breeze on the website and I'm pleased with the deal and price I got.

Value for money
I've been with this insurance company for a few years and they've always been reliable and efficient. Their coverage is great and is much cheaper than buying it from the car rental company. I've never had any problems with making claims or dealing with their customer service, so it's always been easy. Thanks for giving me such good value for my money.

I bought some underwear recently, and they were meant to arrive by the 6th of May 2023, but it's now the 9th and still no sign of them. The customer service definitely needs improvement, but I have to give credit to the representative for being friendly. Three thumbs up for that!
